Partner with our Community

Coming up on Saturday, August 4, 2012, will be the biggest People's Church community outreach ever, Day of Hope. We will be giving away free backpacks, school supplies, groceries, and providing free health screenings, dental screenings, haircuts--all free for everyone--and vouchers for free oil changes to single moms. There are so many opportunities to partner with us! If you are a physician, nurse, dentist or barber, we would love for you to be a part of this incredible day. Other volunteer opportunities include helping to hand out food and school supplies the day of the event as well as greeting people and helping them find their way. You can also be a part by donating medical supplies such as scales, height tape, blood pressure cuffs (we can return these after the event if necessary), and tongue depressors or, if you are a barber, by bringing your own tools. We will also be giving away school supplies. To be a part of this simply pick up a school supplies list from a People's Church campus starting Sunday, July 8, purchase the school suplies, and then bring them back to the church. Lunch will be provided for volunteers.
